Habitat Unika

The mobile home Unika is a one-of-a-kind house.

64 square meters divided into two living units of 32 square meters each, joined by a spacious terrace on two floors; a 48-square-meter covered terrace furnished with table and chairs and a 55-square-meter raised solarium equipped with sun loungers, armchairs, and small table. It can accommodate up to nine people.

The living unit has a large kitchen area with induction cooker and fridge with freezer and a living area with sofa bed, separate entrance, and a bathroom with shower box and bidet. The sleeping unit has a double bedroom with private bathroom equipped with shower box and bidet, a twin bedroom and a third bedroom with two singles and a third raised bed, a connecting bathroom complete of shower box.

It is equipped with four televisions, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso machine and electric kettle. Included in the price bed linen and blankets, air conditioning, and two parking spaces.

THIS TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION CAN ONLY BE BOOKED BY FAMILY GROUPS.
