CasAmare: new season, traditional flavours
Tradition and authenticity, taste and hospitality: at the Malibu Beach Village the new season is all about flavours, following the “made in Italy” tradition where cooking is an art since forever. CasAmare is not just the new restaurant of the Village, but a place where guests can feel “at home” and live a sensorial experience which, through local gastronomic specialities, takes you to the heart of the holiday. There is this and much more in the project of the new manager Matteo Finotto, a leader in the food sector for over 25 years: «Our goal is to satisfy all palates with the simplicity of our local cuisine- he says.
The menus will always be designed in strong connection with the sea and, more generally, with the territory. We would like to give guests the opportunity to “taste” everything that they experience with their other senses while staying here, the views, the scents… The intent is to enhance every delight offered by these wonderful areas”.
The keywords? «Quality and authenticity. This is why we collaborate with local suppliers, at 0 km, to guarantee the colors and scents of nature for each course; we want on the guests’ table those dishes that, made in the best possible way and linked to the Italian food tradition, cannot be missing from an Italian holiday.”
Furthermore, CasAmare is a welcoming place to meet and relax where you can share special moments as well as good food: «We focus a lot on the warm and familiar atmosphere. Our priority is to make guests feel “at home” – as the name of the place says well – our goal is that they feel at ease and want to return. The young and dynamic staff will work to create an engaging and pleasant environment; the season’s program includes culinary events and themed nights.”
Finally, Matteo Finotto recalls: «Special attention goes to the guests’ dietary needs. All the dishes on the menu have specifications relating to food allergies and intolerances and every guest will be able to find what they are looking for or need.”
